Our profile wires (square and flat wires) can be rolled on all four sides if desired. This allows precise control of dimensions, tolerances, and edge radii.

This edge shape is created by rolling a round wire into a flat wire without affecting the edge.

Four precisely rolled sides with the edge radius formed by free-flowing material.

Using special rolling technologies, the edge radii are precisely formed according to your specifications.

Knurled Edges

For knurled wires, the knurl depth and pitch are defined according to your requirements.
